Situated in Bansko in the Blagoevgrad Region, 400 metres from Gondola Lift, Hotel Amira boasts a spa centre and ski storage space. Great hotel overall. Excellent restaurant: the quality of the food exceeded our expectations. The service is outstanding: Krasi - the head waiter - made our dining experience unforgettable with his caring attitude with attention to detail, constant but unintrusive presence and great humor within the boundaries of good taste. We arrived late on the first day of our stay and asked to have our dinner served in the room. 15 minutes later we had a 4-course top-quality dinner menu served in our suite personally by Krasi and his apprentice. Great facilities for kids. We are definitely coming back next year and for longer.

This time we were in an apartment and it was spacious. The staff was really friendly. The wellness was really good again. The breakfast and the food in the restaurant is one of the best in the region. Great value for money.
